Perfect for our long weekend stay! Walkable distance to the Gulch, and short, reasonably priced Uber rides away from anything else (Broadway, Midtown, Vanderbilt, etc)! The included parking was a huge plus at road trippers. I cannot say more great things about this place! Not to mention the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place is very clean!

It was very cozy and was stocked with everything from coffee to oatmeal to spare bed to sheets and pillows etc!!!

Our stay was amazing! First and foremost, very clean, great comfortable beds, clean bed linens and towels.
The place has a cool vibe, love the floor to ceiling windows. Full kitchen, which we made great use of, since we were there through Christmas.
The location is perfect for getting quickly to downtown and 12 South.
I walked my dog, several times a day, and the neighborhood felt safe.
I would highly recommend for any future trips to Nashville!

This apartment is absolutely stunning! It’s located in the perfect locations outside the chaos of broadway but close enough to walk to or a quick 6-8min Uber away. The apartment was spotless and the host, Linda was excellent from start to finish - always super quick to respond and extremely helpful. This is the perfect apartment for a group trip. The gulch is a short walk away and filled with restaurants, bars and shops.

This may be a duplicate because I thought I already wrote one but this was a phenomenal place to stay with a great view and very Spartan and clean and luxurious! Linda was very responsive and would rent from her in a moment if we were to go back!
