  • Quite frankly, Linda’s AirBnB is the best experience I have had in renting vacation properties. Her photos don’t do the home justice. Every small detail was considered in the home decor and furnishings. The place was immaculate. The location was perfect for us to access all the different neighborhoods our group wanted to visit in Nashville. Linda was thoughtful, kind, and very prompt in her communication with us. She even had home baked cookies waiting for us upon arrival. And to seal in our perfect stay, there were no requirements of us upon check out. This is so refreshing as the chores at other rentals have become increasingly onerous in recent memory. Takes the relaxation out of the stay, but not at Linda’s place. Truly a luxurious experience!!

  • I can’t say enough great things about my family’s stay here! Linda was incredibly responsive (always replied within seconds or minutes!) and very accommodating when we asked to check in early. The house was so cute and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could’ve needed during our stay. The surrounding area felt very safe and there were many great restaurant options nearby. We brought our two dogs who loved the fenced backyard and the bed, toy, and treats Linda left at the house. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we come to Nashville!

  • Linda’s place has been one of the best airbnb experiences I have had! Great location not too far from the Gulch, Broadway, and 12 S neighborhood. This airbnb was stocked with just about anything you could need and Linda has thought of even small details for her guests such as hangers in the closets, extra towels, and even water bottles in the fridge. We did not cook but the kitchen has everything you would need to cook right in the home. We had no issues finding parking on the street right in front of the home and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This place was incredible, thank you Linda!!

  • If I could give this Airbnb rental experience 6 stars I would. I rented this place for the time I would be in the hospital for a heart valve replacement procedure at nearby Vanderbilt U Medical Center. Linda from beginning to end of our Airbnb rental experience has assisted myself and my family in prompt communication, proactively offering accommodations, and offering true care to me in her communication. My family was extremely comfortable and cozy in this space; not to mention the accompanying quiet neighborhood offered a great respite to myself and my family while we prepped for me to receive and recover from this surgical procedure being only 2 blocks from VUMC. This airbnb is decorated beautifully and had enough space for all 6 of us. The kitchen is well stocked and each bedroom has everything you need to be comfortable. The best part about renting this Airbnb is the thoughtful and prompt communication from the host, Linda. Thanks for everything!

  • Linda is a wonderful host. The house is beautiful, charming and clean. It's an easy 15 min walk to really cool bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Linda left us lots of great recommendations and there is a guest book where others have left recommendations too. When a family emergency occurred during our trip, she was very accommodating and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

  • If you are considering this place, stop thinking and just book! This house was fabulous! The location was GREAT! We felt very comfortable. The rooms were plenty spacious! We had a group of 10 and had plenty of space and felt comfortable! Linda was simply amazing and worked with my friend so she could surprise me with the house being decorated for my birthday! We enjoyed Broadway with a quick uber ride! We walked and used the scooters a time to commute but with the heat uber is much easier! I will GLADLY book here again if I ever go back to nashville! The house is decorated so cute, the beds were comfortable! Plenty of stuff for showering, very clean! Loved it!

  • Our first time in TN, and Linda's house in The Gulch Neighborhood did not disappoint! The house fit all six of us perfectly (three adults, three kids). To book hotel room(s) for all of us that would provide the same level of space and privacy, we probably would've spent at least three times as much as we did for Linda's house. The neighborhood was quiet, residents were friendly, and the house was easy walking distance (less than a mile) to the awesome restaurants in the Gulch. Nice bonuses: there were drinks in the fridge, Linda gave us no checkout chores, and was also flexible on checkout time with us. For tourists, I highly recommend the hop on/off Old Town Bus Tour. Easiest place to get on was the Belmont Mansion, very close by. Thanks for a great stay Linda!

It was close to downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Linda was a great host, very quick to respond and everything was perfect and clean.   • Linda was an amazing host! She was extremely communicative and did her best to accommodate us to the best of her ability. She even left us a little welcome gift. Her place was beautifully decorated- we barely had to decorate for our bachelorette party. She has the best wall paper that makes a perfect back drop for photos. I highly recommend this property for any bachelorette party or girls trip. It’s very centrally located in Nashville- none of our Ubers were more than $12 to all of the popular spots in the broadway and gulch area.

  • We absolutely loved Linda's place in Nashville! Not only was the decor so chic and on point, but this house had everything you could possibly want! Lots of kitchen and bathroom (and even bachelorette?) essentials, games, super comfy beds with soft sheets, and an amazing backyard/patio for lounging outside. We went for a girls trip and there was so much room to spread out, but also great spaces to hang out together (inside and out!). The location also could not be beat. It was extremely walkable with so much to do close to music row. We walked to coffee and breakfast every morning and fun bars and restaurants at night. I would absolutely recommend Linda's place to anyone visiting Nashville looking for a cozy house in an adorable/safe neighborhood.   • This was the perfect place to stay! Only a 10 minute drive from broadway, and right by music row! The inside of the house was very cozy yet modern. Kitchen had full amenities. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. The fire pit outside was also really fun to sit around.

She was so accommodating by allowing us to check in early and store our bags after checkout since our flight times were not conducive to the set check in/check out times. She was extremely responsive (within minutes) to any questions we had while we at her place! One of the members in our group had been to Nashville several times and she said this was her favorite area and property she's stayed in. The place is exactly as the photos depict and very comfortable and spacious for 3 to 4 girls! Other guests during our stay at the neighboring units were very friendly as well.   • Linda’s place was an absolute dream! First of all, beautiful space, private, clean & roomy, and a lovely patio. Love that it was set up for my pup too, little doggy bowls, bed and all, made us feel welcome and at home. 😊 She even had a little pamphlet with places and recommendations. Linda also left raincoats for the rainstorm in town. Its the little things! ♥️ This location is also in the perfect spot for Broadway/parks/restaurants/etc, short walk (10 min) or uber (5 min).   • Linda went the extra mile with her thoughtful details. She consistently was a few steps ahead of us with communication, reaching out to let us check in early and offer anything we needed and answering as soon as I ever messaged. There were thoughtful amenities too, like an abundance of assorted tea and coffee pods, lots of extra towels and washcloths, comfortable furniture, and everything to make it feel homey. The listing said its pet friendly, and she even had a dog bed in one closet and treats in a cupboard. We didn't have a pet with us, but I mention it because even though the house says it's pet friendly, there is no smell of pets anywhere, and it was immaculately clean.

  • My wife and I planned this trip for our anniversary and this was our first time in Nashville. Everything about this rental was great! Excellent LOCATION, nice coffee shop (5 min walk), short walk (10-15 mins) to the Gulch area with tons of restaurants, and venues, short Uber/Lyft ride (10 mins) to downtown area. Rideshares are there within 5 minutes! There's also free parking on the street and a parking space in the garage that comes with the unit. The PLACE, new modern building, spacious unit with high ceilings, tons of natural light, kitchen well appointed and stocked, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed and a a really nice HUGE balcony with seating. The building is secured and has a private pool area in the center courtyard of the building too. The OWNER was nothing short of amazing, great communication, fast response to questions, great restaurant recommendations and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Nashville!!

Building and stay was super quiet and not right in the hussle and bustle (great for later night walks with the dog!) but was a 5-10 minute walk to the downtown gulch which has tons to do :) there’s an easy access pool, garage, and grills. The patio is AWESOME—like a whole separate room—our pup loved sunbathing out there. We would definitely stay again when in Nashville.

  • Our stay at Linda’s condo was perfect. Everything was very clean and updated. Our fridge had some adult beverages for us to have prior to going out to Broadway, which was great because we didn’t have to go to the store. There were great options for coffee keurig cups, which we utilized every morning as we relaxed on the deck. The decor and setup on the deck was very cool and well thought out. The bathroom was stocked with towels and other items my wife utilized as she was getting ready each day. This condo building is in a great location only 5-10 minutes to anywhere you want to go. One day, we took scooters to The Gulch and then to a really cool indoor/ outdoor brewery. Other days we Ubered to Broadway where we had a blast each time. We appreciated how easy it was to get everywhere from the condo. Overall, we would highly recommend Linda’s condo to couples or small families and we would love to stay there again!

It's a short walk to The Gulch and Lower Broadway and also a short Uber ride to the Airport. When you travel to Nashville you should be staying with Linda in this unit.

  • Where to even begin! Linda's Nashville's listing is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our trip! It is centrally located to everything, private, and feels very safe. There is plenty of parking all around. The interior design almost made us stay inside the entire trip! From the piano, record player, guitar, records, and huge Nashville painting all details made for great photos! The bed was our favorite part, it was extremely comfortable! The entire place was clean and smelled nice! Music playing from the moment you walk in and a list of things to do assured me that Linda's attention to detail is important to her.   • The Cowboy Oasis hit just the right notes - impeccably clean, beautiful, comfortable, in a great location, and managed by wonderful Linda who is an extremely friendly and responsive host. When you want to stay in, you have all the comforts of home and are only steps away from a coffee shop and convenience store with tons of good treats. When you want to go out, you are only a few minutes from downtown. The only “problem” is that you will not want to leave! Already planning our next visit and would not stay anywhere else!

  • We just loved our stay at Linda’s place. It was as described but better. Clean, special touches, great communication and everything that we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and each room was setup very nicely. We walked to the Gulch, Music Row and nearby stores. Lots of room and it has been the most dog friendly Airbnb we have ever stayed at. There were just as many special touches for our pet as for us! Dog bed, blankies, cookies and bowls. We sat outside on the back deck at night and enjoyed the firepit and the comfy chairs. We would definitely recommend and stay here again on a return trip. 5 out of 5 for us!
